this 1-hour live virtual workshop is designed to guide you through mindfulness practices that cultivate inner peace and presence

Before this workshop, I was experiencing a lot of anxiety and stress. After, I felt I was able to process why I had been feeling that way and was able to attribute it to school and work.
I loved the moment of building an affirmation with guided steps and stem sentences. It really helped me build the affirmation: I am working towards being CONFIDENT in my abilities and who I want to be. I am still using this affirmation daily.
